About Neihu
Neihu is an administrative district of Taipei in Taiwan rather than an independent city, occupying the northeastern quadrant of the capital across the Keelung River. The district houses the Neihu Technology Park, home to major Taiwanese hardware firms and a significant share of the island's IT and semiconductor support services, which makes it one of Taipei's primary white-collar employment centers. The Taipei Metro Brown Line links Neihu to the central business district in about twenty minutes. Mandarin is universal, with English common in tech workplaces. The subtropical climate brings hot humid summers and mild damp winters, with frequent typhoon-season rain. For relocators, Neihu offers Taipei employment access at lower rents than Da'an or Xinyi districts.
