Alhambra is a city in the western San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles County, California, sitting roughly 13 kilometers east of downtown Los Angeles. It is a long-established gateway for Chinese and other East and Southeast Asian immigration, with a strong commercial corridor along Valley Boulevard and Main Street and a majority Asian American population.
