About Diez de Octubre
Diez de Octubre is a municipio of the city of Havana in Cuba, located in the south-central part of the capital and named for the date that opened Cuba's nineteenth-century independence wars. The district is densely populated and primarily residential, with a built environment dominated by early twentieth-century neighborhoods such as La Vibora, Lawton, and Luyano.
